Our prices do not include a delivery charge.

Delivery costs vary according to the type/size of goods ordered and location.

 

Customer Collection:

If you would like to collect your furniture in person, then please contact us to arrange a suitable date & time for collection from our workshop in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are always happy to assist with loading.

UK Delivery:

  • We can deliver in most parts of mainland England and Wales.

  • Should you wish the item to be delivered please contact us with your full postcode in advance of ordering for a delivery quote to confirm if we can deliver personally.

  • For items that we will deliver personally the delivery charge is dependent on the item (weight, size) and location (there will be an additional charge for addresses within London congestion zone).

  • For items that we will not deliver personally we can arrange delivery with some excellent couriers if required or you can arrange your own courier.  We recommend www.anyvan.com or www.shiply.com for competitive courier prices. We will always work with you and the courier of your choice to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

 

France delivery:

  • We can deliver in some parts of France

  • Should you wish the item to be delivered please contact us with your address in advance of ordering for a delivery quote to confirm if we can deliver personally.

  • For items that we will deliver personally the delivery charge is dependent on the item (weight, size) and location.

Worldwide delivery:

  • We regret that at this time we are unable to deliver to countries outside of the UK and France. However we have worked with customers based in  EU countries, America and Asia and assisted them with shipping. Please contact us for further details.

 

Returns:

We hope that you will love your purchase from Happy Day Interiors. Please bear in mind that all our items are vintage and therefore pre-owned and will show signs of wear and tear which will all add to the character of the piece. We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and photography. However, if for any reason, you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days.

  • Please email us for instructions prior to returning an item.

  • Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order.

  • Return postage is at the customers own cost.
